EmpowerMIND Mental Performance Coaching

Empower your mind. Optimize your performance.

We often invest considerable time and energy developing our physical capabilities and technical skills, but if our mind isn’t in the right place, we cannot perform to our full potential. As much as our body needs physical and technical training, our mind needs focused training to reach peak performance. Think of mental performance training as the bridge between your capabilities and your actual performance. It’s a fundamental catalyst for achieving and sustaining high performance.

Mental performance coaching combines sports psychology, cognitive science, and performance optimization techniques to help individuals and teams achieve their peak potential. We work with our clients to develop the mental skills necessary to equip them to handle adversity, stay focused under pressure, and find purpose in every challenge, helping them unlock their full potential.

Target Audience: We provide individual consulting, team programs, and workshops for athletes, executives, performers, and professionals.

Length: Varies depending on program (55-120 minutes)

Venue: We provide in person and virtual options.

Trainer/Educator: Tage Waite, Alexys Miller, and Bianca Martin.

All of our coaches are all in the process of obtaining their CMPC certification through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. CMPC professionals adhere to the highest standards of professional practice, upholding ethical principles and committing to continuous professional development. The CMPC credential was established to acknowledge the specialized knowledge and skills essential for supporting athletes and performers at all levels. Working with a CMPC means partnering with a professional who understands the complexities of performance enhancement and has the tools to help you achieve your goals.
