Mental Health, Wellness and Performance Coaching in Athletes
An interactive and experiential session on specific topics that can improve an athlete’s mental health, wellness and performance. The athlete and/ or coach will walk away with practical tools that can be implemented immediately.
Target Audience: Can be tailored to any audience type

Caring Conversations: Talking to Youth Athletes About Mental Health
Learn to confidently listen and talk to young athletes about mental health and wellness, including depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Gain skills and confidence to recognize warning signs and ask the right questions of young athletes who may need support. Leave with materials to help you start conversations, show you care, and take action to follow up with help for mental health concerns.
Target Audience: Coaches, parents, teachers, youth leader, etc.
Length: Can vary depending on need (60-90 minutes)

School Table Tennis/Ping-Pong Sports and Education Program
Providing public, private and special needs schools with the Table Tennis Sports and Education Program – at NO cost, all designed to improve mental wellness, physical fitness and positive social engagement.
Through an educational kick-off event, participating schools will engage students, parents, faculty and staff to a program that includes the possibility of free table tennis table, balls, paddles, a School Ping Pong Club and health education!
Target Audience: Public and Private (Middle – High) Schools / Principals, Athletic Directors, PE teachers
Length: One Hour
Venue: In person at your school

The Power to Choose
This talk will empower student-athletes to harness the power to choose their mindset, focusing on process over outcome, making effective decisions and to reset their mindset better and faster. All of these concepts drive self-awareness and self-regulation which result in increased resilience and higher performance.
Target Audience: Student-athletes/teams. Secondary is coaches/staff. Subject matter is tailored to audience.
Length: One Hour
Venue: In-person at client site is preferred. Virtual is an option.
Trainer: Duncan MacLeod. A 29-year veteran of the US Navy, reaching the top 1% of the enlisted force as a Command Master Chief, Duncan is a Reservist currently on active-duty as a Professor of Naval Ethics and Leadership. He holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
Certifications include, Resilience-Building Leadership Professional – Trainer (RBLP), Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) Coach, Four Lenses Coach and Facilitator, Leadership Engagement Facilitator, US Navy Enlisted Leader Development Facilitator
